On these trips, you’ll collaborate with dedicated entrepreneurs in La Ceiba, eager to grow their businesses while deepening their relationship with God. Your work will help empower sustainable change, building meaningful connections with local pastors, leaders, and volunteers who share a passion for our mission. Whether you're offering business training, engaging in community outreach, or simply sharing moments of fellowship, your presence will leave a lasting impact on La Ceiba and its people — and your own life will be enriched in the process. Join us for the IDEAME Vision/Mission trip (June 26 - July 1, 2025) where you will hear first hand testimonies from IDEAME entrepreneurs as they share how their lives have changed spiritually and economically. See how the Holy Spirit is using IDEAME's programs, processes, coaching and discipling to make a lasting difference in families and communities. During your trip we will worship together, attend an entrepreneur fair, meet with and encourage partner churches and their pastors and depending on our schedule, help train entrepreneur classes. Colosenses 3:23 PARTICIPE HOY DONATE NOW National Volunteers (La Ceiba, Honduras) Logistic Este comité se encarga de realizar todas las compras relacionadas con las actividades (alimentos, herramientas para emprendedores, material didáctico para talleres), también se encarga de organizar el tiempo y las personas que participarán como beneficiarios y como apoyo en todas las actividades. Professional Personas de diferentes carreras que contribuyan al desarrollo y ejecución de talleres de acuerdo a su área de experiencia y profesión, además estos también son fundamentales para el seguimiento (supervisión y asesoría) de los beneficiarios. Communication Este comité se encargará de visibilizar el proyecto en las redes sociales, a través de publicaciones de interés, motivación bíblica, convocatorias de actividades, y también gestionará los materiales necesarios para las visitas a iglesias y lugares de riesgo. Field Tracking Es el equipo encargado de las visitas bimensuales a los beneficiarios del proyecto (bimestral), se encarga de planificar el cronograma de visitas: encuestas, reflexión bíblica, oración y luego retroalimentar al equipo sobre el estado espiritual y resultados de los beneficiarios. The IDEAME project seeks to create entrepreneurial opportunities for people who do not have an economic income to support their families. The difference between IDEAME and other seed capital support programs is that it begins, develops, and continues with the purpose of discipling participants in the Christian faith. The beneficiaries are residents from the areas with the greatest risk and need in and near La Ceiba. Our program serves both Christians and non-Christians, either to reach those who have not yet received Jesus as their Savior so they might know him, or to strengthen and grow the faith of participating believers. Mis 6 hermanos y yo vivimos ahora con mi abuela de 68 años que por su edad y su salud no trabaja. Todos mis hermanos son menores de edad y la mayor Nahomy no pudo terminar la primaria por falta de recursos económicos. Este año empezaré el 7º grado y en el futuro quiero ser médico. Me gustaría visitar Canadá algún día porque he visto muchos programas de televisión sobre Canadá. El pastor de nuestra pequeña iglesia me está enseñando a tocar el piano en mi tiempo libre. PROYECTOS Feria de Emprendedores IDEAME Les compartimos un poco acerca de nuestra primer feria de emprendedores, disfrutamos de un agradable ambiente y contamos con la participación de muchos emprendedores que el proyecto IDEAME ha apoyado y otros emprendedores invitados, los cuales ofrecieron gran variedad de productos como alimentos y bebidas, repostería, panadería, accesorios entre mucho más . Gracias a Dios el evento se realizó con éxito, la personas pudieron disfrutar de las actividades que se realizaron y de los diversos productos de nuestros emprendedores ceibeños. Un gran evento que no h ubiera podido realizare sin el apoyo de iglesias, organizaciones y público en general que fueron parte de ese gran día a los cuales se les agradece. El taller de bicicletas: Esdras Ramos Esdras Ramos tiene 30 años. Hace apenas unos meses su situación era muy difícil, no podía encontrar trabajo y necesitaba apoyar a su familia. Afortunadamente, tuvo la oportunidad de sumarse al proyecto IDEAME y gracias a Dios hoy es un emprendedor con su propio taller de bicicletas. Ahora ha hecho su misión guiar a otros y compartir cómo Dios lo ha bendecido a través de IDEAME. Durante su proceso emprendedor, su negocio ha sido altamente reconocido, debido a sus situaciones de salud física, su desempeño ha bajado un poco, necesitando la ayuda de un joven para cumplir con el trabajo pendiente. Sufre un problema con un nervio en la espalda que le impide estar de pie durante mucho tiempo. Recibe terapia y tratamientos para su recuperación y para evitar ser operado. A pesar de los problemas de salud que se le han presentado, Esdras sirve a Dios, toca el piano en el ministerio de adoración de la iglesia y recibe el mensaje del pastor, con la fe de que Dios curará el nervio de su espalda y volverá a la normalidad para seguir trabajando.
